Having children is all part of a happy relationship and certainly what Andrew and Michelle want. But Andrew is HIV positive and the risks to both mother and baby make a traditional conception too great a risk. But new research may mean that the couple can fulfil their dreams. It’s a dream that Andrew never expected to live to see.
